Lead up to event communication and preparation was excellent. Staff were very helpful, available to answer any questions, efficient and punctual on every occasion.  This year’s set up differed from past years at the Keg as The Keg was undergoing major renovations; however the set up team at the waterfront location overcame challenges with no issues. The sales team was very helpful and followed up with phone calls and emails where necessary. Andrew and Mike offered their assistance and advice on set up at the Holiday Inn and waterfront. Service was excellent from all staff. Thanks and looking forward to working with you in 2014.
